| Payment may be made by cheque, cash or credit/debit card. A minimum deposit of 20% of the total order value is required. For special orders, a 50% deposit is required. Payment of the balance is due when your order is ready for despatch. All prices include VAT at the current rate. |

| Delivery and Assembly - Orders of over £1000 delivered within England and Wales, are inclusive of the delivery charge. Deliveries to Scotland may incur a delivery charge and longer lead time. Each piece is handmade to order. |

| Guarantee - Our beds and furniture carry a 10 year guarantee against faulty workmanship or materials. |

| Mattresses - We will exchange your mattress, should you find it unsuitable, provided the plastic cover has not been removed. |

| Special Orders - Please note that special order beds, furniture and mattresses are non-returnable. Due to the natural properties of solid wood, variations in appearance can occur. Sample packs are available as a guide to colour, grain and texture - please contact us on 0207 486 4545 to discuss your requirements. |
